If we receive a takedown notice regarding infringement of the material/content on our website as per the steps mentioned above, we will consider the request to remove the material only after the verification of the request.

However, we are also liable to submit a counter-notice if we have good faith that either the alleged material is not infringing or the person is not authorized to submit such a request. The due procedure will be followed while applying for the counter-notice. Also, the original complaining party will be informed regarding any action taken, and we expect the same from the original party regarding any development of their legal actions.
